Quality assurance

At Ewals Cargo Care we aim to provide the best multimodal transportation services in greater Europe. This would not be possible without committing ourselves to high quality standards. An international quality, environment, safety and health (QESH) department, valid certifications, a learning academy for employees and our Mobile Quality Team are constantly ensuring that our service can run smoothly.

Certifications

We assure compliance with the latest international quality standards in various relevant fields through regular internal audits and audits by certified accreditation bodies. We are certified for:

ISO 9001: quality management system. Ensuring improvement actions with focus on Plan, Do, Check and Act cycle. Also about analysing risks and possibilities for the internal and external environment (also in the field of CSR).
ISO 14001: management system in relation to the environment.
ISO 28000: management system in relation to supply chain security (employees, equipment, locations, IT systems, data). Scope limited to Tegelen, Maasbree (Venlo) and Timisoara.
ISO 45001: health and safety management system. The scope is limited to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
SQAS: assessment initiated by companies in the chemical industry. Scope limited to Tegelen, Genk and Warsaw.

Mobile Quality Team

We highly value ensuring the quality of load securing, equipment, packaging, and health and safety aspects at various customer and partner sites. That is why our Mobile Quality Team, consisting of certified technical experts, performs continuous on-site quality checks.
